JX Mega Menu 1.7.13 - "500 Internal Server Error"

Hello! Сan someone help me in this problem?

I have installed Presta Shop 1.7.6.3 + template from TemplateMonsters.
This theme is contain JX Mega Menu  1.7.13.

After installation, I have activate another Classic theme and then returned back to  TemplateMonsters and JX Mega Menu stopped worked.
I try to Reset this module. After this website not work and I see "500 Internal Server Error" for shop and for backoffice.

Hey have u fixed your issue am also facing the same issue because of SP Megamenu here are the screenshots, any one help us to fix this one

hey I have found the solution the reason is conflict jxmegamenu and spmegamenu previously jxmegamenu module not uninstalled properly once removed jxmegamenu module directory completely from module folder after that working fine
