Gemseb
Hi, Well this will be a long story. First of all, I need to wait extremely long time before I get approved by a moderator, prestashop needs to remove this. Sometimes errors are critical and there is not an answer to be found anywhere. My problem: I was working on my webshop that is not online and everything worked fine until I was stupid enough to press the button where it said there was 11 updates. Then the site went white and everything is now dead. I got error in line 255, 256 etc in cookie.php No matter what I did there was still errors and the message was "expected ';'" so I added a ; but nothing happened. After hours of trying I simple deleted the cookie.php and replaced the cookie.php with the same file from another perfectly fine prestashop I have. Now there is a time-out 504 error instead. What kind of stupidity is this to just return a blank white page on errors in prestashop? How to get away from it? Have read about disabling false and true settings in some files and have tried that. Have cleaned the cache of my computer. Using Firefox, have tried the worthless Chrome, but nothing works. Need some help with this. I was planning to work with my store this weekend, but I guess no moderators work on weekends so now my site will be dead a few more weeks before the problems can be solved...... So tired of basic errors that cannot be fixed. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO????? Help, please
dinesh badrukhiya
Enable the error reporting (Debug Mode) and share the error report so that someone in forum can help you to resolve it.
Gemseb
Yeah I did that and then I just copied the config file from my other prestashop and then I could login again.
