[Free module] Shops Notice

Hello all,

I have created a new module under MIT license.

Hope you like it and if you feel you have some time to improve it would be nice.

Some features

• adds a menu item to access the config page easily under the "Shop parameters" section
• has enable/disable option
• has 2 hook positions you may choose where to show/hide
• has design settings like bg color, font size, font color, padding, font weight, div padding and text align.  
• it is multilingual 

Useful for

• show a message/notice to your customers if you are on a vacation or you are facing some difficulties that they need to know
• show notification about marketing issues etc
