How can I change the email if ....

Hi guys,

I need to change the email template that depends if the customer select withdrawal in store or shipping. Prestashop generate an email with information of payment, but i have troubles with my customers because this email say "Delivery Address" always including "Withdrawal in store". Then i have to put "Delivery Address" only when they pay for shipping and "Personal Information" if they select withdrawal in store.

I'll be gratefull for your answers

I know where can edit templates ...

/mails/en/..... 

But i dont know how I can edit conditions...
