Terms&Condition on checkout page

Hi, in Prestashop 1.6.1.24

I have the checkbox for accepting terms and conditions enabled on the checkout page. 

When clicking on the link for actually reading the terms I get an error: "The requested content cannot be loaded.Please try again later."

The second problem is that even if I change the language on the site, I still get both the error message and the actual "I agree to the terms of service and will adhere to them unconditionally" only in English.

My Preferences->Orders si set to the Privacy page as the original Terms and conditions CSM has been deleted.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!
