Redirecting Problem

Hello,

I've install prestashop 1.7 for the first time. I also have had help with a guy who helps with my ubuntu server.
Once I installed prestashop, everything went well.
I am using a sub-domain
shop.12voltdoesit.com
It automatically redirects to my main domain.   --->   12voltdoesit.com
Never really got to sign in or anything.

I have tried removing old files and reinstalling multiple times, same outcome.
I have had my website recently secured with ssl.
I believe its something to do with my ssl and or my ubuntu server.
We have tried multiple different tests, all same outcome.

Has any had similar problems?

Any ideas would be really appreciated!!

It was first installed 12voltdoesit.com yes.
We removed all files and database and tried again under shop.12voltdoesit.com.

We have fixed the problem. My server admin found some problems with the redirecting in our server with ssl cert.

                    Firstly check your site's redirection settings may be it has 301 or 302 redirection, kindly check and let us know once you done.
