PrestaPete Posted May 21, 2020 Share Posted May 21, 2020 Hi, I eventually fixed this but I can't remember exactly how, there's a lot going on behind the scenes with this plugin, you need to go into the plugin settings and make sure the correct boxes are ticked, also go onto your cpanel settings and make sure the right php version is set and that the correct php options are enabled. My host uses Litespeed which is what I thought caused the problems, I was under the impression the plugin works better with apache but you should be able to run it regardless of server software Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
