Free shipping error on product with combination

Hello,

My free shipping does not calculate final price (base price + impact on price) for products with combinations, It only calculates the base price to all combinations. 

I set the free shipping to 500 lei at Shipping/Carrier/My carrier/2 Shipping locations and costs

EX:

Product test:

• 100g = 200 lei (base price)
• 500g = base price + impact 400 lei = 600 lei

If I put in the basket 1xProduct test 500g, the Subtotal price it`s 600 lei but add`s shipping fee. Only if I put 3 x Product test 500g remove shipping cost.
