Paypal Payment option Missing in sandbox mode

I am using prestashop version 1.6.1.6 and the paypal v3.10.10 . Customer reported an issue they got an error on payapl transaction if the transaction is successfull also.

This is the customer says  “error check the 3rd api of paypal, it is not working”.

So I updated the paypal module to 3.14.2 and changed credentials to sandbox for testing But paypal payment option not visible in the checkout page. Please find the attachment.
