Export product fields mysql query in PS 1.7.6.2

Dear Forum Members!

I need to export the following product fields from mysql. I tried to found correct query over the forum, but not sed working solution. 

Fields: ( identifier, manufacturer ,name, category, product_url, price, net_price, image_url, description, delivery_cost, delivery_time )

Basically this table are not located in one table. So to do this you have to join tables.

You have a better chance at getting a response if you post the code you already have and ask for help, rather than ask for someone to write the query for you.
