Custom parameter in the category url

We have a requirement to pass a custom value for the category url. 

http://www.example.com/name-of-category-10-7777

Here 10 is the category id and 7777 is a value we need to add as custom value.

  We want to tell you that the admin can add the custom value in the URL using Javascript.
