That's where the box with the plus and minus should be to increase (decrease) the quantity (if enabled).
The box is just not displaying correctly.
You can make sure the element is displaying as a 'block' and change the width to make it smaller (theme.css ).
If you open a ticket with leo they will fix it for you.
