Hello, I need help figuring this error out.  It seemed to appear out of nowhere, I noticed it when I clicked on International and then Translations.  Can someone tell me how to fix this error please.

You have to set allow_url_fopen=1 in your PHP configuration. Without Presta can't load lanmguage packs from remote servers.

Did you manage to solve the problem, because I also have the same issues when working on translations. I do not have experience with PHP, so I am struggling to find from where to set the PHP configuration. Is it in the code of my store? I also found some advice about changing the settings from cPanel, but I cannot replicate them, yet.

Yes, you must enable the  allow_url_fopen in the PHP configuration on your web host.
