Orderconfirmation blank

Version 1.7.6.1 - my payment-integration-module

When returning to order-confirmation from the complete-controller
        Tools::redirect( 'index.php?controller=order-confirmation&id_cart='.$id_cart. '&id_module='.$id_module. '&id_order='.$id_order.  '&key='.$key   );

it ends correctly on the orderconfirmationpage - but with no html!
Do any have a hint to where to look for debugging/fixing?

Enable prestashop debug mode and see what error come 

1. From PrestaShop admin panel go to Advanced Parameters => Performance and find Debug mode setting and set Debug mode to Yes.
