djaychela
I'm looking after a shop for a client, and the shop is regularly incorrectly charging customers - often the amount for postage will be over-charged (as if they selected UPS, but actually picked Royal Mail, to give you an idea), and sometimes it's not that simple - I have one where the total was £97.75 - £72.96 product, £8.50 shipping, £16.29 VAT. The shop charged £87.55 to the card (which went through), and then tried to charge the remaining £10.20, which didn't. The shopkeeper didn't realise this and sent it out, so he's now £10.20 down on this invoice. I can find other examples, but I'm in a rush - anyone have ANY idea why this would be happening? There doesn't seem to be any rhyme nor reason for it. The shop is using Paymentsense as a payment gateway, and they insist the problem isn't their code. djaychela
Has no-one experience this? I've just had another look at another error which has happened this week, and it's doing the same - and in this one it's the same £10.20 as a second charge (see attached image).
