I see inside "gmbreadcrumb.php" this last line :

return $this->display(__FILE__, 'gmbreadcrumb.tpl');

Inside the log error file on my server Web, I can read :

php5.external" stderr: PHP message: PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught  --> Smarty: Missing template name <--
