Unable to register - create account button does not work

Hi guys, the button on the register page stopped working. Login works, create account on checkout works, but this button does not. I had a good look at previous problems similar to this - i tried playing with my PHP version, tried disabling 3rd parties, reinstalled the search bar but nothing helped.

Can you please give me some ideas?
