MarshallSciSupply
Hi Guys, First post ever, long time user.I need professional advice and help. My End Goal is to have an image at the top and bottom 15% of my page. Like a header and footer imageI would assume a background image may be the best way to go about this... 1) I need it to be mobile friendly if that is possible, or if not, have the image not show on mobile, if it will cause issues Is this possible, I would be indebt to anyone that can provide help on this matter.... Any help greatly appreciated Matt (using latest prestashop 1.7.6 I think) Edited January 15, 2020 by matty78 (see edit history)
JBW
Either you add the images directly in your template file or you try a HTML module like this free one: https://contentbox.org/
joseantgv
Could you paste an example of what you want?
MarshallSciSupply
Hi JBW, Yes, I have just installed Content box, but am lost in its rawness. What would I do to make this happen. I have included a rough idea of the image i want . Its a image that sites in the footer and header, behind text. So am not sure the best way to achieve the end result. As said I assume an BG image is teh way to get both images in the one hit. Ho Joseantgv, I have included the image for you guys.
JBW
If it's only about a background image then you can set it by CSS in your themes customs.css (1.7) https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-image.asp
MarshallSciSupply
JBW, Appreciate the great work,. So, I would go to that folder, add the CSS at the end, of the CSS already there, add the image, as instructed and should work right? I will try tomorrow, and let you know. Nothing else tricky I need to know? No trade secrets on on cache's etc, Thankyou for this... Matty
