Prestashop Backoffice Discount Buying Bulk items

I'm currently looking at the backoffice under catalogue --> pick a product --> discounts. I'm doing a reduction by amount but I do not want the first purchase to be discounted.

Here's an example

ARCGIS Software - $270 on first purchase
Any additional purchase(ARCGIS software) - $100

Is there a way to implement this? Thanks.

I think that an option for you would be to have a 'new' voucher for what you want.
Would mean altering your DB slightly to add the option.
I added a comment on Gift certificates outlining the steps needed - will look for the thread ref.
