TomR
Dear community, I just updated my shop to the latest version: PrestaShop-Version 1.7.6.2 Paypal Express Payment works fine if activated from one of the product pages. However it gets stuck if used from the cart... => see screenshot attached. Any ideas? Help would be much appreciated. I checked all settings etc. multiple times. Not sure if the script errors are directly related? Thanks a lot, Thomas If you want to give it a try: http://glitzerlichtshop.de/ Edited January 12, 2020 by TomR updated text (see edit history)

202ecommerce
Hello! The cause of the problem is that paypal refuses to download payment-selection (js error in the console) this can happen for two reasons 1) on the page there is a resource downloaded via an insecure http protocol 2) your paypal account is not connected with Germany (when creating a paypal account, the country is indicated). Not to be confused with the country settings in Prestashop. So first of all I advise you to check those settings. TomR
Dear support 202, thanks a lot for responding. I've checked both topics: SSL is activated, 99% of the page is loaded via https - however jquery is loaded via http. I'm using only standard modules, no own code... May that cause the problem? Then I've checked all PayPal settings. Region was set, that looks good. I have a business account, not sure if I may have to activate PayPal"Plus", too? TomR
Hi guys, see this post here (in German only...): https://wordpress.org/support/topic/iframe-ladt-nicht-zugriff-nicht-erlaubt/ It states that PayPal redirect won't work if you are sharing your SSL certificate for multiple sites. This is actually what I do, I'm using a Let's Encrypt certificate for several sites. May be Paypal has enforced checks recently? Not sure if this is the cause of the problem, will investigate further and keep you posted. However: S-Corp and jibisaki - it would be interesting to know how you are hosting your Prestashop? Thats not the reason. I´am the Hoster and Provider (https://s-corp.de) where the Shops (over 400 Prestashop-Customers worldwide) are hosted and all of them have a problem with THIS module...other Paypal solution-modules work without problem. As your country is Germany it is highly recommended to use paypal plus. I advise you to address the paypal support directly and ask them how you can connect the paypal plus. jibayski
Hello guys, in my case the reason for this was disabled PayPal plus. Just enable it and problem will be solved. If you don't want to use PayPal Plus i guess you should use older version of this module or just another module.

202ecommerce
Hello! You may configure the paypal plus directly in your paypal account. You may ask for help paypal support or read the most frequently asked questions. If you want to continue using simple papal, you need to change the country in your BO: https://prnt.sc/qs6y5m Regards, support 202-ecommerce
TomR
Problem solved!! ...and it was very simple. I just had to delete all Cookies and local cache... Could have thought about that before. If you want to check if this may help in your case: open a new incognito browser window and retest if it works here: either delete all old data (for Chrome: more settings / delete browsing data...) or if you want to be more selective: F12 / Application / Storage / ... then delete here BTW: at least in Germany Paypal Plus seems to be always enabled for business accounts
