How to delete unused modules files?

Hello,

Due to recent Security alert i've checked all modules in my shop directory and i see some modules that i've tested still in this directoy.

I've checked my database "ps_module" and i see that i have 30 more modules directory than those listed in database.

For example, i have gamification directory but it's not listed in ps_module and i cant find it anymore in my backoffice.

So my question is : 

Can i safely delete all modules that are not listed in ps_module table or i have to check something else?

Firstly i will rename them with an underscore+hash before deleting them, that won't allow attackers to exploit unused modules.

Then i'll delete them
