Same product with two possible prices? Way to do this?

I'm fairly new to PrestaShop. I've had a search already for an answer to my problem, but can't seem to see it yet.
I'm using v1.4x (latest version)

I will be selling a product on my store (and this is the case for most products), that will have two different prices dependent on what the customer chooses.

Specifically, I sell videos. The customer can choose to buy the download of the video, or the physical DVD product of the same video. The download is cheaper than the physical product. What is the best way to do this in PrestaShop 1.4 ?

I can think of lots of other examples where there are different prices for the same product. For example, on iStockphoto, there are different resolution sizes of the same picture which will obviously have different prices. Do you see what I mean? The best solution for me would be a single product item with different radio buttons, the customer selects, "Physical DVD" which will give them one price, or "Download" which will give them another. Options!!

Create 2 products for the same item - 1 checked as downloadable , no shipping etc and price $X

the second as a physical item, not downloadable, price $Y plus shipping.
Different stockID numbers for each
