S7 Media Ltd Posted May 4, 2011 Share Posted May 4, 2011 Ok mate, I've done some Google crawling, and I certainly found the answer to my issue, hopefully yours too.Go to your Back Office, and click Preferences. Look for the option - "Use Smarty 2 instead of Smarty 3". Make sure this is disabled, not enabled.Prestashop 1.4, I believe is using Smarty 3. I edited the default theme and made my own. For some reason since then Smarty 2 became enabled, and messed the site up. Put it back to Smarty 3 and it's working all fine. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

BUT...I loose the homefeatured2 working on the home page!I try to explain better:MY ORIGINAL PROBLEM (the same of this post): I have a front page work properly BUT when I click on VIEW (of ANY product of ANY categories) I got a BLANK PAGE. SOLUTION: I followed path before. BO - PREFERENCES - "USE SMARTY 2 INSTEAD SMARTY 3" = NOIt is solving the problem.
