CChriss
Dear all, I'm trying to upgrade from 1.7.4.3 to 1.7.6.2 using the 1-Click Upgrade module but I'm getting the message "PrestaShop requirements are not satisfied." for the last checkpoint. My php version is 7.3.13 on apache2. phppsinfo.php is happy too, with all requirements green, (except the first two, Web server and PHP type, which are blue). Ideally I'd like to have all checkpoints green instead of ignoring the warning..

Ideally both the 1-Click Upgrade module and the should know about this too..I'll let them know. [UPDATE: ok I get it it's the PHP support roadmap, not the PHP - PrestaShop compatibility] This post is also misleading when they say : Quote green background: active support https://build.prestashop.com/news/announcing-end-of-support-for-obsolete-php-versions/ Edited January 9, 2020 by CChriss updated the "misleading" bit (see edit history)

Then check what is not satisfied and ask your provider to change the needed server settings. Follow the instructions here for phppsinfo and check what is wrong/missing: https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/basics/installation/system-requirements/ There is no need to pay for upgrade. If your server settings are ok, you disabled all what is not native before you upgrade, then you should be able to use the 1-click module. Your problem is more your server itself, i.e. the environment you are using for to run Prestashop. Check also tested server configuration for shops in production here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/884856-best-server-settings-for-prestashop-17-tested-in-production/
