Delivery note and invoice don't show the product sold

I have included three captures. In the first image, I want to show which files are missing data.

In the other two, That is how the files look. They used to show which products were sold and out of the blue they stopped showing

and now it's just blank. I use P.S 1.6.24. Does anyone have a clue of how to fix this?
