Hpw to diplay a main cat withsub product group by sub cat or tag

hello i have 3 categories with sub classement 

and i need to display product list with sub classement like this

sub-classement name 1
product 1 product2 ...

subclassement name 2
product 10 product 15
.. ect

how to acheive this ?
using sub cat ? and ordering by subcat ?
using tag ?

From my experience, I can recommend a third-party tool - Store Manager for convenience. The categories and products are displayed in one window and you can easily create subcategories, select products and assign them to needed categories and sort them the way you need manually or via import (if you have big amount of products).
