I try to install Prestashop 1.7.6.2 and at 8% installation stop and display this message : An error has occured: Warning: PHP Startup: failed to open stream: Read-only file system in /index.php on line 1315 {"error":true,"message":"Extraction error - No error","file":"bin\/symfony_requirements","numFiles":24082,"lastId":2500,"files": I don't know what to do. selectshop.at Posted January 6, 2020 Share Posted January 6, 2020 You didn't changed it. What I can see you are still on php version 5.6.40. Use cPAnel or Plesk admin panel for to change it. Or ask for support of your provider. BTW you are on wrong collation as well. For Prestashop 1.7. you need to have your database collation set to utf8_general ci. instead of unicode change it to utf8mb4_GENERAL_ci Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
