Can I have a .com.au domain with prestashop ?

Just wondering if anyone else in Australia has a .com.au domain with prestashop and how?

I know this is host related but the host I am using doesn't have the .com.au domain, 

I am currently using 1&1 IONOS for hosting prestashop, and I have a registered .com.au domain with crazydomain

Domains can be purchased independently of the host.
for example in godaddy you can buy any domain .com.au

Thank you, already purchased from crazydomain but I wasn't able to redirect to my .com domain, all resolved now.

No not only at .au, I have .com and com.au I was trying to forward the .com.au to .com , I could do that at last by purchasing a DNS premium service from the provider, now it works.

there is no value to fwd it, normally one would just alias one domain to another via their hosting control panel.

it's possible with native PS to add the additional domain via multishop.  If all your products/services are the same across domains you can consider our multishop solution

you .com (is weighted US, so as long as you sell there that's great, to get back by country organic having .com.au is useful.  

having cctld's is one thing, implementing them is another and can be a challenge, to see modern by country internatational localization see azuree.com en-(country) in url, we do that to lol
