Payment Section - Error after install

Hi all.

I have just completed a standard install of Presta shop 1.4.0.17

Everything went well.

However, when I click on the Payment tab in the back office I get the following error:

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request."

All other options appear to be OK, but I am stuck if I cannot configure payment options.

Also, when I click on the modules tab the connection times out immediately and so I cannot access that either???

Can anyone offer any advice.

Thanks to the previous post I have solved this problem - many thanks to you.

However, do people think that a check to see if this threshold limit is correctly set in the phpConfig?

I don't know how to pass this on the the dev team but it would seem to me a goof idea, especially for non-technical chaps.

What do you think?
