Amazon module by Common Services

I've had the same problem on two different websites, each of them with a valid module (latest version) purchased and Zen option.

Everything on one site, but in another I got this error products.php/3190: Error : query failed ()

Same configuration. I've tried to get support from Common services but from two days they seems vanished...

Any suggestion? 

 

PS 1.6.1.24

PHP 7.1 (changing version doesn't help)

I have that problem too and i tried to upgrade to 1.7.6 on my website but it didn´t solve and I had lots of other problems with modules and template with the new module.

Now i have to recover my backup to 1.6 and stop using amazon module

Any help will be apreciated

No solution yet...

It must an update on Amazon API... I don't think update prestashop is a good solution...

When your Amazon addons problem started ?

Solution was updating module and call Common Services
