selectshop.at
You are using a module for to convert currency ? If yes, disable this module via ftp by renaming it to another name on folder /modules/
cco2
Still the same, even renamed modules folder. #edit i've got new problem: "Deprecated: array_key_exists(): Using array_key_exists() on objects is deprecated. Use isset() or property_exists() instead in /home/consultrix/ftp/cxsafety/src/Adapter/EntityMapper.php on line 99" my earlier problems are still there Edited December 19, 2019 by cco2 (see edit history)
selectshop.at
You should not rename the folder /modules. You should rename the module (which I don't know the name). So on FTP /modules/****yourcurrencymodule.
cco2
I know, but I have already changed module names and it was not resolving my problems, so I decided to change name of /module folder. still nothing.
selectshop.at
Seems you made upgrade without disabling all overrides and not native extras you was using before ? Make a rollback. It is an option of the 1-click-module. If you made your upgrade by another way, so ask for rollback of your provider or rollback FTP and database manually. Before each upgrade from one PS version to a newer one of other series, you should deinstall all what is not native (themes, modules, disable overrides). Only with this disabled you can make an unpgrade to another series.
cco2
I can't even access into my panel, every subsite is in maintenance mode. When I disable it in php site says error 500.
selectshop.at
Thean rollback your FTP and database to the point before upgrade. I hope you made a security copy, or you/your provider are making daily back-ups ?
cco2
I got something like this - auto-backupfiles_V1.6.1.17_20191219-093154-b6f325c i'll try to rollback it via ftp
selectshop.at
You got this on back-office ? Then it's good. But rollback is not via FTP, use the 1-click module for that.
cco2
I've found it on FTP. I can't use 1-click module for that, my admin panel and anything does not show up.
selectshop.at
I don't think you can use this without the module. Check if you have in this package a zip for SQL and a second for FTP. If yes you can try by unzipping them. If you have only a zip of database then this would not help. You asked your hosting provider for backups ? cco2
I've two packages, one with full folders from FTP and second with DB. I haven't asked yet.
selectshop.at
OK. With both you can try to rollback FTP and database. You should import the tables with phpmyadmin of old database into an empty database. Do not import in a populated database. Same for FTP. It should be empty as well. Do not import on updated FTP. Because in both cases you will have some remaining things from broken upgrade.
