selectshop.at
Hi, you are using two things which are not developed by Prestashop. Please revert to the theme or the module developer and ask for support. Here on Prestashop forum you will get support only for Prestashop and native modules and themes. Most of third party developers are not reading in here, so please contact them directly from where you downloaded/bought theme and/or module. The cache rebuilds itself, try disabling the cache in the BackOffice... What is the version of your Prestashop, PHP and SQL version? is the theme fully compatible with it? It must be a theme problem, contact the developer as @selectshop.at told you. Best Regards

selectshop.at
As I wrote before: Contact the developer. He should give you support on this. The "error" you are having is a problem of a by code defined thing returning null (a Get request is expecting a value and this value is not available) for the theme/module you are using. Wait until he is answering. If he is not answering, then use Prestashop native theme and modules instead. BTW you cannot expect immediate support, unless you didn't apply for this by contract. If the theme/module you are using is a free one, then forget it. The chance to get a free support on this is very rare. Take another or use Prestashop's native.
