get cookies

Hello, I am looking for how to get cookies in the module core file.

The below code not work

public function hookDisplayShoppingCart() {
	//$this->context->cookie;
  	PrestaShopLogger::addLog('Debug cookie1 ='.json_encode($this->context->cookie), 1, null, '', 0, true);
	PrestaShopLogger::addLog('Debug cookie2 ='.json_encode($this->context->cookie->specificokie), 1, null, '', 0, true);
}

$this->context->cookie or Context::getContext()->cookie return empty or false

Any help appreciated
