newbie2 Posted December 18, 2019 Share Posted December 18, 2019 Hi. I am looking for a best practice here. I've just installed PS 1.7.6.2 and there is a line in my cart with "Free Shipping". RTFM: Image 1 shows that shipping cost is 2 and both free shipping fields are 0. The first mention to this problem here was in 2013 (PS 1.5) and it is still active. This tells me that experienced people configure their carts in another way. Could you please point me in the right direction? Figure 2 shows my current cart. Bayard Posted December 16, 2022 Share Posted December 16, 2022 I'm having the exact same problem, I don't know what caused it to appear. None of the carriers has the option of Free Shipping.
