Strange PayPal issue, orders not storing correctly

Hello, I have debugging enabled and the paypal module added, when I go after checkout (payment is processed by PayPal ok) it is not re-directing correctly or storing orders, 

 I get the error: Order validation error : Notice: Undefined variable: order. Attention, your payment is made. Please, contact customer support.

Under site logs in the paypal module I get this: Order validation error : Notice: Undefined variable: order; File: /home/lincspplantscouk/public_html/seatreats.shop/classes/PaymentModule.php; Line: 331;

I am on Prestashop 1.7.5.0 

PayPal v5.0.3 

 SSL enabled.

 The PHP cURL extensionis enabled 

And PayPal is connected

The URL is https://www.seatreats.shop/ I have made an in-expensive test product https://www.seatreats.shop/home/142-test.html
