Error 500 al activar url amigable ps 1.7.2.4

Hola, tengo una multitienda en la versión 1.7.2.4 de ps,  pero al activar la URL amigable, me da un error 500, no tengo mucha experiencia en el tema, agradecería mucho su ayuda

Aquí dejo el error que me muestra

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

Your server has to support friendly URL´s...

What is the version of PHP and SQL you are using?

thank you , for  your answer , it used to work , fine , but i don't know why  , it stoped working .

I just turn off the Friendly url , So i can see the store

Your version of PHP is not the recommended one for your version of prestashop, it works but you should try PHP 7.1, have a look at this -> https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/basics/installation/system-requirements/
