Merchandise returns

Hi All,

I want to send an Email after sending the merchandise returns to the customer after two weeks how can we do this. As I am newbie in prestashop so please help me.

Prestashop Version : 1.5.3.1

Hi..
if you need send email to customer after two weeks then you need run cron job script with merchandise returns Date issued.

please tell me how I can achieve this as I am newbie in prestashop

Hi..
Follow this step

(1) Create a one cron script for example merchandise-returns.php file and setup prestashop root folder and setup your sever (ask your hosting guy)
(2) now that file get all order return order.
(3) once you get all order return set your code with your need.

Can you give me roughly idea regarding the code because I need help in coding part. Or you can give some coding examples for executing the cron job in Prestashop.
