Or is problem somewhere else? PCQUATRO Posted December 19, 2019 Share Posted December 19, 2019 Have you changed anything besides uninstalling Merchant Expertise? have you tryed to install it again? Can you check what version of PHP and SQL your server is using? (they might have changed the PHP version without noticing you)… Have you tryed disabling all extra modules? and enter debug mode? MichaelEZ Posted December 20, 2019 Author Share Posted December 20, 2019 There is too many admin accounts so i cant answer 1Q to 100% but to my knowlidge no, and yes i did try install and unsintall, alse no changes on server side, its 5.6 and MariaDB 10.1. Can you tray PHP version 7.1! -> https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/basics/installation/system-requirements/ You can also check the permissions on your files, and don´t forget to clear/disable the cache! Do you have a full backup of the store? you can recover it to a point where it was working! Some jquery file or related file might have gotten corrupted. MichaelEZ Posted December 20, 2019 Author Share Posted December 20, 2019 Right now im unable to do so, its old, big and messy - and orders are coming in waves - i ll have to w8 to 24th evening or so when traffic is low.
