My store information in footer

Hi everyone 

I’m new to the community and beginner in prestashop

when I apply  in my store a theme   
i cannot change store info that applied in the footer I deleted all store info but I couldn't find solution

only if I’m back to the classic theme it came back my store info

I couldn’t delete the custom text block or unblock it in the new theme
