How to resize font in prestashop

Hello Guys,

I am not able to resize my font size in mobile while using viewport fonts. In the desktop version it works fine. But when I am using mobile the font size is the same as that of the desktop. I want the font size to reduce with the screen size. I guess I just need to disable viewport in Prestashop. I am using the default classic theme. and my prestashop version is 1.7

Has anyone faced similar situation. What can I do to make the font viewport work in prestashop. Is there any alternate solution to this.

Hello Guys,

It works normally when I create a simple html file. But when I add the html in Prestashop it is not working. I think there is something that is causing interference with the html code.

Normally such things you add via css of your theme. Folder /themes/yourtheme/assets/css/customs.css or theme.css if you are using child theme.

I am still not able to remove the viewport settings.

I tried to remove the line <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"> from head.tpl file but still its not working.

After adding/changing things to design, you also cleared the smarty cache and the cache of the browser you are using ?

ok so now it is showing the whole page zoomed out when viewed through the mobile. But I want a responsive page with text size resized to fit the screen.
