Based on product quantity selection price calculation in prestashop

I need an option to show the product price matrix as like below image,

As like this above image I need to show product price matrix in shop page, This price will be get from external source based on the product category I need to get base price from that json file and need to add some premiums and then need to show prices for various payment types. This displaying products are like stock marketing products like bullion products, so need to show live gold, silver, platinum prices for these type of category belonging products. For eg, If any one select the gold product, I'm having the live gold price, so I have to calculate live price + premium of the product. Product premium will be static. This should be set on every product page and premium will be differ for quantity. For eg user purchase the qty 1- 9 means premium will be $10. So 1 qty price is $1500(Live Price) + $10(Premium). If user purchase 10-19 means $1500 + $8 will be 1 qty price. As like I have to do settings in product and have to update product price for every 1 min.
