Query to export category ID's Prestashop 1.7 - export issue

Hello, I know this subject was on the forum already as I found post related to this, however I'm struggle to get result which I need. 

I'd like to get a list with store categories names and ID in a tree style. 

Whenever I try to execute the query I receive an empty csv file. 

I think the query will be bit different for the prestashop 1.7 than the previous prestashop versions. 

I appreciate if anyone could give me a hint how I can extract the category IDs with names (all categories and subcategories) from my store.

If you need it for one-time operation, you can use Store Manager for PrestaShop trial. With it, you can filter fields you need (ID and subcategories in your case) and carry the data to .csv.
