Problem detection from back office of the php parameters of the server.

Hello. My new server does not use the htaccess file, and no longer detects the php parameters. So for example, I can't modify the translations because of the max_input_vars too low or I don't have the parameters updated on the back office from Advanced Parameters / Information. I'm not sure it's a problem with session_path, but if it was, what would be the correct path? my prestashop version is 1.6.1.24.
