Recover client password in prestashop 1.7.6.2

Hello there, I need to have access to front office but cannot do it.

I tried with the password I remember but the system doesn't allow me to login in front office

Also, I tried resetting the password giving my email address but I don't receive any email to reset the password.

Do you know if there is a way to reset that password and can login to front office?

Already tried to delete browser cache and cookie sessions of your browser as well ? If you have access to your back office you can reset your password from there as well. Go to customers account and add there a new password for your front office account.

After changing password there, you need to delete your browser cache and also the cookie sessions.

You must setup the way prestashop sends emails, if it does not work using PHP mailer, just configure any email server you have. You can find this options in Advanced Sittings -> Email...
