newsletter_voucher sending withour subscription

Hello,

I have the following problem with PS 1.7.5.2:

The newsletter_voucher mail is sent every time a person gets through the firs step of the checkout without checking the newsletter subscription.

Any ideea how to fix this?

Hello! Did you find any solution to this? 1.7.6 same bug. It seems Prestashop doesn't care about sending spam.
