AOD28
Hi to all, I tried to update Prestashop with this tuto : https://www.prestashop.com/fr/blog/mettre-a-jour-ma-boutique-prestashop-1-6-vers-1-7 But when I go to http://aucadeaufleuri.com/install/upgrade/upgrade.php I have an error 500. I well followed all step... Made it several times. If I do only http://[mydomain]/install, it ask me to install a new Prestashop... I done it to test, it well kept the info of my database for example.... but it create a new prestashop boutique and I do not have anymore my products, images, theme... Don't know what to do... Christmas arrives, and the website is OUT since several weeks now. I had an error 500 because my version of Prestashop was no more supported with my PHP version if I well understand at the beginning. Is there maybe a solution to create a new Prestashop, but to upload after with some backup files ? Thanks for the help.
Cadby IT Solutions
Do you have any backups of your website before you tried upgrading? Harry
AOD28
I would have one if I had been warn that the update of the php version (compulsory update, no more followed) will crash all the website. In such case, it would be great that PS website automaticaly appears in maintenance, and permit to access to admin. Each tome I try to reinstall with new version of PS, it keep me some informations, like our number phone, address... but it also ost lots of informations, and the theme also. I try to make a new website, but I don't have a lot of time for this. I don't have such problems with wordpress websites.
