Iam using a hosting with Apache server!

Is there any one with same issue or knowledge of this error?

Looks like doesn't work with the 1 click install from cPanel add-on installers!

I had to remove Prestashop integrally, create a new database, and install the download version, but the updated one.

After that had to remove some redirects from .htacces file and enable SSL on site.

It's now connected with Printfull account!

Hey there! Is there anyway you can do some sort of tutorial or breakdown what you've done? Just moved to Prestashop and have tried for 3 days to get it connected to Printful with no success. Would LOVE to know what you've done :)

Hi.

I would recommend you consulting this steps.  https://www.printful.com/faq/integrations/prestashop

You should download prestashop to your computer and upload it to your hosting server in the html_public directory if is the case.

Just follow the steps giving by Prestashop guide. Create a database and is straight forward.

Do not 1click install from control panel.

That's what I did, I make download Prestashop on my computer and install the Printful

after uploading Prestashop to the server it tried to connect to Printful but the same error shown to me.

I cannot find what steps you differently did!

I have the same Prestashop version also.

Hi! I have a similar problem. "Your store is not connected to Printful" alert. I think I've tried everything... Did you manage that and would be that nice to share what you did? Thanks!

This works on 1.7.6.7 and earlier versions.

1. Go to https://www.printful.com/files/integrations/prestashop-plugin.zip and download the plugin.

2. Upload the zipped file to your web server in the following location:
/yourdomain/modules folder and extract it there.

3. You should now have a Printful folder in:
/yourdomain.com/modules/Printful.

4. Delete the zipped file from the server.

5. Go to PrestaShop > Advanced Parameters > Webservice > Enable PrestaShop's webservice > Save.

6. Go to Modules > Module Catalog > Printful will magically appear as an option to install > Install > Create new API key and follow the instructions from here if you need them:
