Black friday - Discount all catalog add up the discounts

Hi everyone,
I created a catalog rule that includes 10% discount for all products,
prestashop applies the discount well, but I would like that this discount to be added to the existing discount on the product, so:

#1 product - 20% + catalog rule 10% = 30%

it's possible?

With specific prices is not possible. You need a module.
