PS copy of cart rules after purchase

Hello,

i am using PS 1.6.1.0 and I have a problem with automatic generation of vouchers after purchase. I set up a cart rule for specific customer group with max usage 2 per customer. It´s working fine, but 4 of 20 purchases had generate a new cart rule and send an e-mail (template voucher.html). Customer used this code, but after this, it generates same cupon with -2 after it.

Do you know, why is this happening? Why presta generate new rule automaticly?

I am not sure, why is this happeing and why just in some case and not always..

This is because you enable "Partial use". It means that if you set a voucher for 50€, for example, and customer only spends 20€, a new voucher with the remaining amount (30€) is generated.
