dtwfung
Hi There, See if anyone can share experience. I found my order has a warning "Warning $105.00 paid instead of $104.52" See screenshot below Order amount is US$104.52. Customer paid via paypal US$104.52 (with Paypal transaction ref#. I also verified in Paypal side), but somehow PS added a line US$0.48 (with NO Paypal transaction ref#) and claim customer paid US$105.00 instead. Background setting 1. Round mode: "Round up away from zero, when it is half way there (recommended)" 2. Round type: "Round up on each item" 3. In paypal, customer paid in HK$. Not US$ 4. Using PayPal v5.0.2 Even I set point 1 & 2 above, I still have warning message "Product pricing has been modified as your rounding settings aren't compliant with PayPal. To avoid automatic rounding to customers for PayPal payments, please update your rounding settings. Read more." in the order page. Any comment/information would be greatly appreciated ! tuk66
Try to change the round mode on General > Preferences. Your total order price is probably rounded, but the PayPal module doesn't care.
cricket-hockey
@dtwfung Did you manage to resolve this? I am having exactly the same problem, and I also have my rounding settings set to "Round up on each item" which is the same way PayPal behaves I believe?
